Carpenters' Wings
(Standard Package)
- Small Tree (up to 6 ft): $250
- Medium Tree (6.5–8 ft): $350
- Large Tree (8.5–10 ft): $450
- Extra Large Tree (10.5-12 ft): $650 (Limited availability – only 1 appointment offered per season. Client must provide a sturdy ladder for decorating. Tree must be fully assembled and securely positioned before arrival.)

Important Requirements & Additional Costs
- Pre-lit Trees or Lights Installed by Client: Lighting services are not included unless arranged in advance.
- Tree Setup Required: Trees must be fully assembled and ready for decorating upon the decorator's arrival. Fluffing services, which involve reshaping and adjusting branches for fullness, are available for an additional fee:
- Small Tree (up to 6 ft): $50
- Medium Tree (6.5-8 ft): $75
- Large Tree (8.5-10 ft): $100
- No Setup for Extra-Large Trees: Due to size and safety considerations, we do not offer setup services for extra-large trees (10.5–12 ft). These trees must be fully assembled and securely positioned prior to the decorator's arrival.
- Client-Supplied Decorations: Clients provide ornaments, ribbons, picks, and sprays unless opting for our procurement service (details below).
Optional Add-Ons
Tree Takedown & Decoration Removal (client supplies all storage and packing materials):
- Small Tree: $125
- Medium Tree: $175
- Large Tree: $225
- Extra-Large Tree: Takedown and decoration removal services are not available for extra-large trees (10.5–12 feet) due to size and safety limitations.
Holiday Décor Consultation (August 27 - October 12): $30 per hour session
Decoration Procurement (Aug 27 - October 31): Please note, this service is only available through October 31, as our designers’ schedules will be fully dedicated to tree decorating after that date.
- Hourly Rate: $40
- Decoration Costs: Due 3 weeks before tree decorating appointment
Booking & Payment Policies
Appointments are available from the first weekend in November through the first week of December, subject to availability. Rush or last-minute appointments scheduled after the first week of December, when available, will incur additional charges. For security and comfort, a client or designated person must be present in the home during the decorating process. Please note that if a client is more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $25 will be charged. The decorator will not wait longer than 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time; if the client has not arrived by then, the deposit will be forfeited.
Travel Fee: A travel fee will apply for locations more than 50 miles away from the company’s base. Any out-of-state travel expenses, including accommodations and transportation, will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Deposit, Payments, and Cancellations:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with 25% of the deposit being non-refundable. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures appointment availability for all our valued clients. To receive a 25% refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the total deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion of decorating. We kindly ask for no late payments to ensure a smooth and timely service. We appreciate your understanding.
Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp (A 3% processing fee will be added to payments made via CashApp to cover transaction costs.)
Photo Waiver
By using our services, you agree to allow photographs of decorated trees for promotional use unless you notify us in advance.
