Premium Diaper Cake Pricing

All diaper cakes are made using high-quality materials including Huggies Size 2 diapers, 3–6 month onesies, and carefully selected mid–to high-range baby items. A minimum of 45 days' notice is required from the date the customer needs the cake to ensure availability and preparation time.


Please Note: The total cost of each diaper cake includes two parts:

  1. Materials Deposit – covers all items used in the cake (diapers, onesies, toppers, etc.)
  2. Assembly Fee – covers design, preparation, and custom assembly.


STEP 1: MATERIALS DEPOSIT (DUE AT BOOKING): Clients provide a materials deposit based on the style of cake requested. 

CLASSIC DESIGN: $65 MATERIALS DEPOSIT

• 60–70 Huggies Size 2 diapers

• Premium ribbon

• Baby initial (acrylic or wood depending on availability)

SIGNATURE DESIGN: $120 MATERIALS DEPOSIT

• 60–70 Huggies Size 2 diapers

• Premium Ribbon

• Plush animal topper

• 2x3 photo frame OR baby initial (acrylic or wood depending on availability)

• 3–6 month onesies (2 – 3)

• Toy or teething ring

• Baby wipes (travel size)

• Baby brush & comb set

• Baby socks (1–2 pairs)

• Baby lotion, powder, wash & shampoo (travel size, mid-premium brand)


STEP 2: BAKING FEE (CAKE ASSEMBLY)

Once your materials are selected, I'll confirm the balance for the baking fee, which covers design, prep, and assembly. If your materials deposit exceeds the supply cost, that amount will be deducted from your baking total.

ASSEMBLY PRICING:

• Classic Design: $55

• Signature Design: $110–$130 (based on personalization)

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Materials Deposit – Required at time of order (Zelle or Cash App)

  • Final Balance (Assembly Fee) – Due at pickup or delivery (if delivered, customer pays $1.00/mile)
